antique flower curtain rod brackets (pair) recycled

This pair of antique curtain rod brackets with a lovely flower front is unusual and looking for a second life

Condition report:

harder to determine material , suspect brass plated as some oxidization shown on bracket with signs of aging as expected. Needs good clean and restoring lending to possible painting. Fully functional, . Please examine photo's exactly as pictured. please note a little bending on one plate.(though screwing down should fix.
